Zara Tindall Siblings: Meet Felicity and Stephanie – Zara Tindall was born on Friday, May 15, 1981, at the St Mary’s Hospital in London, United Kingdom to Anne, Princess Royal (mother), and Mark Philips (father).

Zara Tindall, officially known as Zara Anne Elizabeth Tindall MBE OLY is a British equestrian and an Olympian. Her first name was suggested by her uncle, Charles, the then Prince of Wales.

She attended Beaudesert Park School in Stroud, Gloucestershire, and Port Regis School in Shaftesbury, Dorset, before attending Gordonstoun School in Moray, Scotland. During her school days, Phillips excelled at many sporting activities, representing her schools in hockey, athletics, and gymnastics.

Zara later studied at the University of Exeter and qualified as a Physiotherapist. She’s a happily married woman who’s been married to Mike Tindall since 2011. The pair tied the known in Edinburgh, United Kingdom.

Following in her parents’ footsteps, she began her equestrian career after university. She announced in June 2003 that she had secured a sponsorship deal with Cantor Index, a leading spread betting company, to help cover the costs of her equestrian career.

In her first four-star event, she finished second at Burghley Horse Trials in 2003. She did, however, miss the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens due to an injury to her horse during training.

Tindall won individual and team gold medals on her horse Toytown at the 2005 European Eventing Championship in Blenheim, as well as individual gold and team silver medals at the 2006 FEI World Equestrian Games in Aachen, Germany, making her the reigning Eventing World Champion until 2010.

The British public voted her BBC Sports Personality of the Year the same year she won in Germany (an award her mother won in 1971). In the 2007 New Year Honours, she was also made a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) for her services to equestrianism.

Despite winning team gold at the 2007 European Eventing Championships in Italy, she was unable to defend her individual title in show jumping.

Zara reportedly has two half-sisters – Felicity Tonkin (born in 1985 after her father had an affair) and Stephanie Phillips, born on 2 October 1997.

She also has a brother whose name is Peter Phillips. Peter is a British businessman, the eldest nephew of King Charles III, and the 17th in the line of succession to the British throne. Phillips reportedly attended the University of Exeter and this was before he started working at Jaguar Racing. He was once married to Autumn Kelly as the marriage ended in 2021. He has two children – Savannah Phillips and Isla Phillips.

Felicity is also a married lady, and she is married to Tristan Wade. They got married in the year 2015.
