Why I Married A Younger Lover – Actress, Blessing Obasi Opens Up

Nollywood actress and movie producer, Blessing Obasi has opened up on her marriage after tying the knot w ith her young lover, Stan Nze in September last year.

Jessica Obasi whilst speaking to Vanguard Allure in an interview recorded by Kemi Filani news pointed to the fact that age is just a number when it comes to relationship and marriage.

The scrip-interpreter affectionately called Ije Baby said she never imagined marrying her colleauge in the movie industry and also that claimed marrying a man younger than her was not a challenge.

She said, ” Age is just a number, what matters is the two hearts that beat as one. I never saw marrying a colleague coming my way.  Absolutely not. Never.

I never would have imagined that I’d get married to my colleague or even anyone in entertainment because I used to think men in entertainment cannot stay with one woman, they are cheats. I saw them as promiscuous people and so I never saw it coming at all.”

When asked to mention three things, she would like to change about her husband, Ms Nze said, “well, I’d say absolutely nothing. I’m happy with the peace that I enjoy with my husband and he is a man that daily strives to be better. I’m not aiming at changing anything, absolutely not.”
