Parker has organized events in the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, and New Zealand that have been protested against by supporters of transgender rights.

She opposes laws and policies that allow transgender people to be legally recognized as their gender, and the use of public bathrooms by transgender people according to their gender.

Parker also opposes the participation of transgender people in sports that align with their gender, and drag performances, including in locations that may be viewed by children.

She again opposes the use of puberty blockers and hormone replacement therapy for transgender children.

Parker is also a special advisor to the Women’s Liberation Front (WoLF) and she describes herself as a woman’s rights activist.
