Who Is Jakob James Nowell?

The late Bradley Nowell was known to be a musician, lead guitarist for the ska punk group Sublime.

He was born on February 22nd, 1968 in Belmont Shore, Long Beach, California in the United States of America to Jimmy Nowell and Nancy Nowell.

Bradley Nowell was gifted and had a bright future, but his death at the age of 28 ended his life prematurely.

Early on, Nowell became interested in music. His father took him on a trip to Jamaica when he was young, exposing him to dancehall and reggae music; after learning how to play the guitar, he developed a keen interest in rock music.

Before starting Sublime with drummer Bud Gaugh and bassist Eric Wilson, whom Nowell had met while attending California State University at Long Beach, they played in a number of bands together.

Jakob James Nowell happens to be the son of the late Bradley Nowell. He was born on June 25th, 1995 and his mother is Bradley’s ex-wife, Troy Dendekker.

Jakob’s father, Bradley died at the age of 28 years of age on May 25th, 1996.
