What My Mother Told Me Before She Died – Streams Of Joy Pastor, Jerry Eze

The founder of Streams of Joy International, Pastor Jerry Eze, has recounted the last conversation he had with his mother before she passed away.

Pastor Jerry Eze revealed that before her mum died, she instructed him to warn ladies never to become single mothers noting that every child needs a father.

According to her, the conversation took place at the hospital and she knew he was passionate about ministry.

In Jerry Eze’s words:

“While she was on the hospital bed, I was with her. She already knew I have a passion for ministry and then she looked me in the eye and made two powerful statements ‘as you preach, please tell every young girl that they have no reason to be single mothers. Every child needs a father. If Adam was not necessary, God would have created Eve alone.”

“The father of the house might be a stupid man, but he remaining in that house is a major lesson for the children. He might not be the man you want him to be, but his voice, each time he raises it in the house, leaves an impression for your children.”

About a week ago, during an interview with Chude Jideonwo who turned 40 years a few days ago, disclosed that he and his wife Eno Jerry, struggled to strike a balance between his job as a priest and a spouse throughout the time of his marital crisis.

Pastor Jerry Eze continued by saying that his wife understood his true nature after she came to full circle.

In his words:
“My wife and I had our own illumination season, so to speak. If you read her book ‘I Almost Ruined My Marriage’, she needed to see the pastor in me, not necessarily her husband, during those turbulent times. CONTINUE READING….
