Tamzin Outhwaite Siblings: Meet Her 2 Siblings: Tamzin Outhwaite, officially known as Tamzin Maria Outhwaite is an English actress, presenter, and narrator.

She developed a passion for acting at a younger age, has been consistent throughout her career, and has risen through the ranks to become one of the most sought-after actresses.

Since her acting debut, she has starred in a number of theatre and television productions, including the army series Red Cap as well as the crime drama New Tricks.

Outhwaite became a household name following her role as Mel in the popular BBC soap opera EastEnders.

Her first appearance in EastEnders was aired in October 1998 and her final one was in April 2002.

In 2006, Outhwaite stated that she would not rule out returning to EastEnders and her return was confirmed on 24 October 2017.

Outhwaite then departed EastEnders for a second and final time in November 2019, when his role as Mel was killed off.

Her other film credits include; Men Behaving Badly, The Bill, Final Demand, Hustle, Red Cap, Vital, Frances Tuesday, Hotel Babylon, The Catherine Tate Show, The Fixer, Death in Paradise, The Tower, Paradox, Silent Witness, Murdoch Mysteries, and Midsomer Murders, among others.

In 2021, she appeared on The Masked Dancer, masked as Scarecrow. She was unmasked in the final and finished in fourth place.

In July 2023, Outhwaite hit the headlines as he marked 10 years since the separation (divorce) from her ex-husband and father of her children, Tom Ellis, an actor.

The actress slammed the fellow actor who she was married to, for almost eight years, and shared two children, in a now-deleted tweet.

In the now-deleted tweet, Outhwaite claimed after ten years of moving on, she was still uncovering more infidelities and lies that Tom Ellis committed.

Outhwaite wrote: “Ten years since the father of my kids walked out on us for the final time. I still meet new people on jobs who reveal more infidelities and lies he committed. But thankfully my heart and soul are clear sand clean and I could not be happier right now”

Their marriage ended after Tom Ellis reportedly confessed to an affair with Australian actress Emilie de Ravin while they worked together on the US TV show; Once Upon A Time in 2013.

After deleting the tweet, the former EastEnders star wrote;

“Thank you all for your messages re my now deleted tweet.I was marking the 10 year anniversary with pride,a feeling of triumph & genuine gratitude.I understand it has triggered some people.For anyone struggling,the most important relationship you will ever have is with yourself”

Tamzin Outhwaite is not the only child of her parents; Colin Frank Outhwaite (father) and Anna Outhwaite (mother).

The award-winning actress grew up with two younger brothers; Jake Outhwaite, born in 1980 and Kes Outhwaite, born in 1972.

Jake and Kas live their lives away from the eyes of the public hence their educational background and occupation are unknown at this time of writing.
