Shoot To Kill Anyone Who Plans To Set Market Ablaze – NADMO Boss Calls On Security

The Director of National Disaster Management Organization (NADMO) for Ashanti Region has called on the security agencies to shoot and kill those trying to razed down markets over their political agenda.

He stated that some people are going around to get markets ablaze in the name of politics and has warned that those persons risked being killed for engaging in that activity.

The Director stated that anybody seen around central market in the hours of 8pm and 10pm roaming will be killed by the security, Mr. Kwabena Nsenkyere said in an interview on Fox Fm in Kumasi.

According to him, some NDC supporters in the Ashanti Region have planned set fire on central market and other state institution.

Some number of markets in the country have been razed down by fire and these includes Asankragua, Kantamanto, Kaneshie, Odwana and others in the past weeks.

However, the General Secretary of the ruling New Patriotic Party NPP has accused the NDC supporters to persons behind those attacks on markets.
