MUSIC: Spice – So Mi Like It

Popular Jamaican dancehall recording artiste and songwriter, Spice has dropped a new star-studded project tagged captioned; “10” album.

This latest body of works is a 15-track project with top tier collaborations. Off ’10’ album, Spice dished out another dope record tagged; “So Mi Like It”.

The album is a testament to Spice’s gritty and inspired rise to the highest echelons of the Dancehall genre. Spice, real name Grace Latoya Hamilton started her career in 2000. She gain prominence in 2009 with the release of the controversial single, ‘Romping Shop’ with Vybz Kartel.

She released her debut EP, ‘So Mi Like It’ in 2014 under the imprint of VP Records. In 2018, she released ‘Black Hypocrisy’, a song which addresses the issue of colorism in the black community.

Spice is recognized as one of the most prominent dancehall artists in the world. Her new album, “10” was released under the imprint of VP Records.
