On May 27, 2018, McCann fought Gillian Robertson in the UFC for the first time at UFC Fight Night: Thompson vs. Till.
She weighed one pound more than the 126-pound limit for flyweight non-title fights at the weigh-ins, at 127 pounds. She handed over a fine to Robertson equal to 20% of her wallet. She was choked in the second round with a rear-naked choke.
On March 15, 2019, she competed in her second fight against Priscila Cachoeira at UFC Fight Night: Till vs. Masvidal. She was declared the winner by a unanimous vote.
