Ghanaian actress and singer Stephanie Benson has advised young ladies and guys to make it a point to masturbate before going on dates.

Mrs Benson, who is aiming to become a relationship coach, shared the advice on social media. According to her, with masturbating, both will be focused on the date and not the sex.
