American actress cum singer, Lindsay Dee Lohan was born on July 2nd, 1986 in the Bronx Borough of New York City in the United States of America.

She was born to Dina Lohan and Michael Lohan and she grew up on Merrick and Cold Spring Habor on Long Island in New York.

Aliana, known as “Ali,” Dakota “Cody,” and Michael Jr., who co-starred with Lohan in The Parent Trap, are Lohan’s three younger siblings. All three have worked as models or actresses.

Lohan was brought up as a Roman Catholic and has Irish and Italian ancestry. Her great-grandfather, John L. Sullivan, was a co-founder of the Pro-life Party on Long Island, and her maternal ancestors were “well known Irish Catholic stalwarts.” She started homeschooling her 11th graders.

Lohan is a redhead by birth. Lindsay’s parents wed in 1985, went their separate ways when Lindsay was three, and then reconciled. After a second separation in 2005, they divorced legally in 2007.
