Always a fan of a bold new look, style queen Kim Kardashian has only gone and made one drastic change to her image: platinum blonde hair.

Selfie-pro Kim unveiled the brand new barnet on her resident social networking site, Instagram, earlier today.

She posted on @kimkardashian, “So I went platinum!! I have the best team! Thank you to @joycebonelli for being my inspiration and introducing me to @GregoryRussellHair who cut my hair & put this team together! Thank you
@LorriGoddard_ who dyed my hair & got this color in one try! Not an easy task!”

The new blonde waves had their first outing as Kimye left Le Royal Monceau Hotel, heading for their front row seats at Paris Fashion Week’s Balmain show – a label Kim is often seen wearing.

Despite being a dramatic colour change from her usual brunette, peroxide blonde proved to be the perfect contrast to dark eye make-up and an all black outfit.

However, many twitter-users appeared to disagree, unflatteringly comparing Kim to the likes of Draco Malfoy. HATERS GONNA HATE.

Regardless, Kim totally rocks this new style. Let’s be honest: she’s bound to pull off any ‘do she goes for. And when better to try a fresh new look than on the FROW at Europe’s most glam fashion event?
