How MzGee Allegedly Pranked TV3 Over Her Resignation But Prank Went Wrong

It is alleged that media personality, Gloria Akpene Nyarku-Acquah, simply known as MzGee, played a practical joke on her former workplace, TV3 when she announced that she has resigned.

MzGee worked with TV3 for some time and co-host the morning breakfast show and 3FM entertainment show, both owned by Media General and left.

MzGee’s statement reads; “Management of the Media General Group wishes to announce the resignation of Gloria Akpene Nyarko popularly known as MzGee effective 25th October 2021,

” the statement said.

However, a controversial blogger, Aba The Great has given insights into MzGee’s exit from TV3.

Aba The Great alleged that management made some adjustments to Mzgee’s show which did not augur well with her and in her bid to prank them, she submitted her resignation letter with hopes that management would review their adjustment but that did not play out as she expected.

Rather, the joke backfired when management issued a statement announcing her departure.

She wrote, “Resignation prank gone wrong for Mzgee 🤦🏼‍♀️
She got upset about changes made on a show she was supposed to run on tv3, she tenders her resignation letter, hoping management will beg but all they said to her was ‘Thank you. sis, stood still and began to hang around with hopes of getting positive feedback, sis was expecting some pampering and begging … na you sabi 😂😂 the fewer the merrier, Ghana hot 🥵 I hope they take her back, just tell them na play you dey play, you no mean am .. you were only testing the waters.. 😎”.
