Henry Martin started his career at the age of 15. Henry Martín played one season in the third division with Itzaes during the Clausura 2008 season. He made 13 league appearances and scored 6 goals.
He began his professional football in 2013 with his hometown Venados Fútbol Club in Mérida, Yucatán. He made 29 appearances and scored 9 goals.
Tijuana signed him in the 2014 season. After playing in 66 games and scoring 5 goals, he moved to Club de Fútbol América in December 2017. Since 2018, Martin has made 165 appearances for the club and scored 56 goals.

In October 2022, Martín was named in Mexico’s preliminary 31-man squad for the 2022 FIFA World Cup, and in November, he was ultimately included in the final 26-man roster
