Ivanna Anatoliyivna Sakhno was born in Kyiv, Ukraine, on November 14, 1997. According to her family background, she comes from a line of local filmmakers and loves to act. Her parents are Gala Kuvivchak-Sakhno and Anatolii Sakhno. She does have a video game developer brother named Taras. Her dream of acting started in 2004 when she watched the film Amélie.
When she was thirteen years old, she moved to Canada to further her English studies. She also met Janet Hirshenson and Jane Jenkins as a result of this encounter. In order to start her acting career, Ivanna Sakhno subsequently moved to the US in 2013. In addition to Beverly Hills High School, she also attended the Lee Strasberg Theater and Film Institute during her time in the rural area.
