Frank Reich Parents: Frank Reich Sr. And Pat Reich. In this piece, you will get to know all about Frank Reich’s parents.
Former quarterback and current head coach of the Indianapolis Colts of the National Football League, Frank Reich (Frank Michael Reich) is an American football coach.
You should know that following the firing of Frank Reich by the Indianapolis Colts on Monday morning, the franchise is now formally searching for a new head coach. The news was initially reported by ESPN.
After defeating the Colts 26-3 last weekend, the New England Patriots contributed to Reich’s firing. Sam Ehlinger, the Indianapolis quarterback, was sacked nine times by the Pats defense, including three times apiece from Josh Uche and Matthew Judon, and Indy was held to 0 of 14 on third down.
Said Reich after the game, “It starts with me on offense.”
In his five years as the Colts’ head coach, Reich guided the team to a 3-5-1 record this year and a 40-33-1 record overall. Reich still has four years left on his contract after agreeing to an extension last year that will keep him as Colts head coach until the 2026 campaign.
The Colts have already made several significant decisions this year before this one. The team benched Matt Ryan seven games into the season after trading for him this offseason, despite the fact that the quarterback was top 10 in passing yards, in favor of second-year pro-Ehlinger.
Since Week 8, when he replaced the previous Texas Longhorn as the starter, he has had difficulty. Ehlinger only completed 51.7 percent of his throws for 103 yards and an interception against the Pats.
Marcus Brady, the team’s offensive coordinator, was also let go after Ehlinger’s subpar Week 8 performance. The Colts currently lack a head coach, an offensive coordinator, and a reliable quarterback position.

He was born in New York, the son of Frank, a center and linebacker for Penn State from 1953 to 1955 who was also a member of the NFL. The Philadelphia Eagles then selected his father in the fourteenth round of the 1956 NFL Draft. He was selected, although he never played for the NFL.
