Emem was born on September 8, 1992, to Mr and Mrs Udonquak. She is originally from Akwa Ibom State.
She obtained a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from the University of Uyo.

She has two siblings; a younger brother, Etiini Udonquak, and an elder sister, Inemesit Okonkwo Udonquak.
