Dani Carvajal is one of the most popular and richest Spanish footballer who was born on January 11, 1992 in Leganés, Community of Madrid, Spain. The 11th July of 2012, despite failing to play a single game for the first Real team Carvajal signed an agreement for five years in German club Bayer 04 Leverkusen for a transfer cost that was EUR5 million. The Spaniards also added an option to buy back the player around EUR6.5 million should they wish to sign the player again in the following season. EUR7 millions after two, and EUR8.5 million after three seasons.
Carvajal appeared in 45 matches in his first season and scored twice, in the league against Rayo Vallecano and CA Osasuna. He added 120 minutes in the Champions League final, a 4–1 triumph over Atlético Madrid.
