Kincaid spent most of his childhood playing basketball, and during his senior year, he won an AAU Championship. His pals persuaded him to join the high school football team, and he would play for just one season.
He would win all-state honors that season after accumulating 745 yards and eight touchdowns. He would choose to enroll at the University of San Diego as a walk-on and play football in college.
In 2018, Kincaid had 24 catches for 374 yards and 11 touchdowns as a rookie. The next year, Kincaid led all FCS tight ends in yards per grab with 44 receptions for 835 yards and eight touchdowns.
