Actress Adaeze Eluke has urged men to speak up if they need help because asking for help doesn’t make them weak men and it’s not a weakness too.

Adaeze Eluke sharing her thoughts about how men are committing suicide and dying daily urged them to ask for help if they need one because asking for help doesn’t make you a weak man neither is it a weakness to ask for help.

According to her, 75% of people who commit suicide in the world today are men therefore men should stop manning up and speak to someone if they need help because that doesn’t make them weak men in any way.

There’s nothing wrong in asking for help if you need one but some men find it difficult to seek help when in trouble just because they think that might be their weakness if they go to someone for help but Adaeze Eluke has made us understand that it isn’t true.

Adaeze Eluke also revealed that 75% of people who commit suicide are men which means men are dying because they have refused to seek help when they need one thinking it might be seen as their weakness and that is bad.

Therefore, emphasizing what Adaeze Eluke said, men, have to begin seeking help when they need it because that in no way makes them weak and it’s not a weakness to seek help when you need one as it’s even best to seek help and be alive than keep mute and die.
